ConnectDivblox MCP support
Email support@divblox.com with your client name/version, the time of the problem, project name and displayed error code. Include an operation reference for an uncertain write. Do not send passwords, tokens, sign-in URLs or confidential project content.
For a permissions error, check the selected project, MCP consent and your Divblox role. For a stale-record conflict, reread the record before proposing a new change. For an uncertain write, inspect the record and contact support; do not repeat it with a new request key.
Use your client’s disconnect controls to revoke this connection, or contact support for help. Removing a local configuration file alone may not revoke a saved grant. New connections include current and future projects automatically. Older connections keep their original project choices until you reconnect and approve permissions for all projects.
